I would like to welcome you to Monte Vista Middle School (MVMS), home of the Mustangs. My name is Heather Reyburn, and I’m honored to be taking over as the new MVMS principal beginning in July 2025. Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of getting to know the MVMS students, staff, and families as the school’s assistant principal, and I’m excited to continue to serve our school’s community.

Physical Fitness Test 2025-2026
Students in grades 5, 7, & 9 will participate in the state-mandated California Physical Fitness Test (PFT) this spring. Testing will take place between February 1 and May 15, 2026.
You play an important role in your child’s education and can help your child get ready for the test.
